Everyone knows the saying, “You can’t really understand a person until you walk a mile in their shoes.” Well, over a hundred men in DC can now say they know – and it hurts. Every year on the Tuesday before Halloween, crowds assemble down 17th street in DuPont Circle to witness what some spectators call “madness.”  Annie Aho reports on all the blistering fun had at the Dupont Circle Drag Race.
